Ten years ago, I dreamed of becoming an entrepreneur. During that time, the most talked is about multilevel marketing. I was trained in a way that I will not have a negative idea about this industry.
I had a mentor who taught me that joining this industry will help you go through your dreams. But you need to work hard. I did what was taught me. Finding my own financial freedom.

I was trained to have an entrepreneur mindset. I had also the chance to be a financial mindset coach. Sharing what I have learned to aspiring entrepreneurs. We have modules to follow. Teaching aspirants to change their mindset first and then if all of the tasks have been done, they will be now engaged to what you call - TIME TO TAKE ACTION!
When this kind of set up will continue to emerge, what will happen to one community? During that time, it was the dream of my mentor to create abundance until the year 2020. It is already 2020 and half of the year had already passed. There are 145 days left before 2020 will pass and I don't have any idea of what had happened. I already lost contact with them. Rather I must say I cut contacts with them.
Today, out of nowhere I feel the urge to write down what I had been through after leaving a community that taught me a lot.

I went back to schooling. I took Education units and then teach for 3 years in a private school. While teaching, I enrolled for Masters Degree in Special Education but did not finish it. Soon after I decided to stop teaching and while waiting for the other school that I applied for to interview me, I enrolled for a short course in 3D Animation in preparation for the opening of senior high school. Soon after I finished the course and had my certificate, then came the sad news that I need to go back home and take care some my father who had a stroke. I stayed and took care of my father for 5 months and went back to working again after that. For over 3 years, I am working as a manager in a recruitment agency wherein the company is deploying household workers, skilled and semi-skilled workers to other countries.
Then came this pandemic. Everything crashed. Plans won't work anymore. Despite challenges, something impacted me. For almost 5 months now, things have changed.
I may be lost or something but when you gather your strength again and be back to what you love the most, everything will fall to its place.
I get up and gathered my strength. So, when my brother-in-law sent me a link to a certain online academy, I enrolled and invested my time again in another new learning which is freelancing. I came upon this new normal situation wherein most of the people opted to work from home and this is the most demand and most talked online. But working from home and be hired by new companies across the globe meant that they need your competent skill in order to do the task they are asking. It's not easy especially when your mindset was already focused on the traditional way of wake up, get dressed, travel and seat on the table your company had set, work and then go home. Too many things to adapt but once you are decided, no one can stop you.
I gained many things from this online freelancing course. I was able to learn what a virtual assistant is all about. I may be lacking in some things but if I combine the years of experience I gained from the traditional setup, the computer skill I have as well as the learning that I got from my online class, I believe I still can compete with the rest of freelancers.
For now, I can say that I am a happy aspirant and I will never give up until I prove my worth. I hope you will be inspired to think and move forward to a greater cause you wanted to achieve. May the Lord God continue to fill your home with abundance. Happy freelancing.
